The famous yellow boats will allow you to see the city from the water and will transport you to some of the most famous places in Dubai. The fabulous man made Palm can be seen and you will also sail past the amazing 7 star Burj Al Arab hotel.
There are plenty of other options for travelling around Dubai, such as cycling, rail and taxi. You’ll definitely be able to get from A to B with ease.
Dubai is one of the world’s most exciting dining destinations with plenty of multicultural cuisines to sample. There are obviously many high end Michelin-starred chefs with restaurants but don’t rule out the harder to find hidden ex-pat eateries. Tiny Szechwan diners and Pakistan canteens offer food that is second to none and must be tried to be believed.
The more obvious choices for tourists are restaurants within their chosen hotel, with many top chefs choosing to relocate to such places, it will be top quality. With spectacular views from almost anywhere in the city, it is truly an idyllic place to have dinner and a glass of wine.

The Mall of the Emirates is the most famous and the most obvious choice with die hard shoppers and you can easily spend a whole day there. There are hundreds of designer boutiques and shops offering high end jewellery, make up and homeware.
The malls are air conditioned and as the temperature in Dubai can soar above 50 degrees in the summer months, it’s also an excuse to walk around in comfort!
The Dubai Shopping Festival is held in January every year and goes on for a month – this event attracts thousands of shoppers from around the world. It showcases events, fashion shows and outdoor sports. The sheer number of shops on offer here has definitely put Dubai on the map and ensures visitors come back year after year.
